Pablo Cesar Cano, A light Welterweight division fighter had been given the chance by World Boxing Association (WBA) with a rank for the fight. A decent and young fighter, The 22 years old. boxer was selected because of his impressive record 25-1- 1 and 9 KOs against 31-4-0 and 7 KOs of Malignaggi. Cano never fought before at Welterweight but he will surely give Malignaggi a tough fight.
